Deck Repair & Oiling — West End
A timber deck on a pre-war Queenslander had three rotted boards, loose balustrade posts, and weathered timber throughout. We replaced the damaged boards to match, re-secured the posts, sanded back the whole surface, and applied a quality oil finish. The deck is now structurally sound, protected for years, and looks like it belongs on the property.
Pre-Sale Wall Repairs — Ashgrove
A homeowner preparing to sell had accumulated years of scuffs, door-handle holes, and hairline cracks across several rooms. We patched eight plaster holes, repaired corner damage on two walls, matched the existing paint colour, and touched up throughout. The result looked freshly repainted and helped the property present at its best on open home day.
New Tenant Maintenance — Toowong Unit
A property manager needed a unit turned around quickly between tenants. Jobs included a sticky bathroom door, two broken cabinet hinges, a loose towel rail, a dripping kitchen tap, and full gutter clear on the single-storey section. All completed in a single three-hour visit, with the unit tenant-ready the same day — exactly what property managers need to keep vacancy gaps short.
New Home Setup — New Farm Apartment
A young couple moved into a new apartment and needed a full set-up day: three IKEA flat-packs assembled (wardrobe, TV unit, bookshelf), a 65" TV mounted on the feature wall with cord concealment, blinds fitted in two rooms, and shelving put up in the study. Completed in one efficient booking — the apartment looked like a home by the time we left.
